Adequate Space
Please check the measurements of the unit you are potentially renting to ensure that you have adequate space before renting.
We MUST have a flat surface to setup all rentals to ensure safety.
Please keep in mind that we will not setup on hills, down very steep inclines, uneven ground, rocky or muddy areas.

Service Areas
We are based in Austell, GA and will travel up to 40 miles from zipcode 30106.
We currently service home residences & event venues.
We do not service parks at this time.

Cancellations & Weather
We do have a 48 hour cancellation policy.Cancellations made for any reason will result in the issuance of a "Rain Check" equal to payments received valid for a period of up to one year from the cancellation date. The "Rain Check" must be requested (2) days BEFORE we set up otherwise the sale is final.
For the safety of equipment and personnel, Ava's Krazy Playground, LLC will not setup equipment due to weather or site conditions which jeopardize safe operation of the rides and/or equipment.
After setup of any equipment, no refunds/rainchecks will be issued solely due to environmental and/or weather conditions.

Deposits & Payments
For rental orders , we require a minimum of $100 is required to make a reservation. We do require $200 minimum in order to deliver.
The remainder is due (1) week prior to rental reservation date.
All deposits & payments are nonrefundable.

Saftey
An E-signature from an adult with a valid state issued identification will be required on our Equipment Rental Agreement, Release & Assumption of Risk. In addition, the responsible adult will also be asked to review safety instructions and document they have done so.
Ava's Krazy Playground, LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by the reasonable requirements for proper set-up and removal of rides and equipment. Renters are recommended to identify and communicate potential complications associated with the delivery, set-up and securing of rides and equipment including underground utilities and irrigation systems.
